Hosting and storage of your data takes place in our data centre which is located in Canada or cloud service, e.g. Microsoft Azure, that is operated internationally with data centres in selected countries. As specified in the related service agreements, no third parties have access to your data, unless specifically required by law.
We will comply with any legal and regulatory requirements including fulfilling requests of government agencies, subpoena and/or other legal proceeding.
We have taken appropriate measures to ensure that the data provided to us during the registration is adequately protected. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption, access control, segregation of duties, internal audit etc. We assume no liability for interception, alteration or misuse of information transmitted over the Internet.
