The Opportunity:

 

Process Fusion Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to join us as a permanent employee within our Professional Services department.  Reporting directly to the Director of Professional Services, this is a Toronto-based role working primarily on projects with the possibility of travel to various customer sites in Canada and the United States.   In this role, you will play a critical role in the design, integration, and delivery of products or services within a project structure.   Some of the responsibilities include the installation and configuration of applications, the integration of various applications and technologies, providing services in the form of process analysis and testing, al providing support and assistance to customers or internal departments.   With your learned expertise, you will ensure that the system designs that you create, and implement are in accordance with Process Fusion Inc and Customer requirements and that you understand and follow industry best practices.

You are a technically minded person with a passion for designing, implementing, and training customers on complex to simple solutions and applications offered by Process Fusion Inc.  You have some hands-on experience designing and overseeing the delivery of applications or systems in various industries. You have outstanding communication skills and the ability to help in the work of other team members, with a logical, structured mindset that demands you approach problems and issues in an organized, well-thought-out manner.  You are also willing to expand your knowledge outside the technical, and work with customers to understand their needs from a business perspective.  You have excellent written and verbal English skills.

Position Responsibilities:

 

  • Communicate with end-users to understand project and business requirements and plan the implementation of software and services required
  • Work closely with other engineers within the company to maintain products and services needed for projects to be completed efficiently
  • Work alongside the project team to monitor the progress and implementation of solutions
  • Work closely with the Sales team for solution demonstrations to prospective customers, project effort estimations for quoting, and general support for product information
  • Provide detailed implementation plans for delivery of solutions which include resources, effort, and time needed

Job Duties

  • Assist in budgets, control expenses, and communicate with departmental leaders to stay abreast of spending, budgeting, reports, and evaluation

You have outstanding communication skills to work with customers as well as co-workers, with a logical, structured mindset that demands you approach problems and issues in an organized, well-thought-out manner.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Working with small to medium sized project teams following modern best practices in project management.
  • Work with customers to understand their current processes and pain-points.
  • Playing various roles within a project such as Helpdesk Analyst, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Project Lead.
  • Preparing documentation for various activities in the project including ongoing operation and maintenance.

The Opportunity:

Process Fusion Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to join us as a permanent employee.  Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, this is a Toronto-based role working primarily on existing software and products. You will be working with a small team of awesome peers working towards a common goal, using newer technologies, or modifying existing products to provide solutions to customers.

You are full of ideas and would like to implement them in the world of MS Dynamics, ERP and Web portals. You will use your knowledge and skills to create, implement and finalize features of our existing software. You will work in collaboration with other internal staff and/or customers in order to understand and solve issues related to the product and different environments.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical issues that are encountered.
  • Design and develop new or enhanced features.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to your peers when needed.
  • Offer potential designs and solutions for technical problems.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Keep skillset up to date on newer technologies.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • University/College degree or 3 to 5 years working experience.
  • Proficient with .NET technologies: ASP.NET, C#, MVC and Object-Oriented Programming

  • Proficient with web hosting in Microsoft IIS
  • Proficient with database technologies: Oracle, Microsoft SQL

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is an asset.
  • Experience with UML as design artifacts is an asset.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a System Engineer to join us as a permanent employee.  Reporting to the Director of Global Support, this is a Toronto-based role working primarily on technical support for our worldwide customers using the UniPrint suite of products.  As a System Engineer you will be involved in the daily management of incidents, software maintenance and support, and proactive/preventative of systems.

You are a System Engineer with a passion for making systems work on complex to simple solutions and applications offered by Process Fusion Inc.  You have hands-on experience operating and support applications or systems in various environments.  You have outstanding communication skills to work with customers as well as co-workers, with a logical, structured mindset that demands you approach problems and issues in an organized, well-thought-out manner.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Participate in, and in cases lead, various initiatives as they pertain to Windows Server and Microsoft Server and Azure infrastructure.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the following disciplines: Unix/Linux, Windows server O/S, Web/IIS, networking/LAN/WAN.
  • A working knowledge of Azure Application Services.
  • Participate in system development activities providing technical recommendations to customers’ application support teams.
  • Provide complex technical support for existing hardware and software products.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support.
  • Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network and server problems.
  • Serve as a senior escalation resource and a subject matter expert on UniPrint and Process Fusion software products — available after-hours and on weekends to support any senior escalation requirement.
  • Develop network designs, studies, and plans; supports the design, test readiness, and operational readiness reviews.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and demonstration of proactive work in the design and management of reliable and robust production systems.
  • Able to learn and work independently.
  • Fluent in English; strong verbal, reading comprehension and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

The Opportunity:

We are hiring an energetic System Engineer to provide pre-sales and technical support to the sales and product marketing team. You will be relied upon being the subject matter expert in a pre-sales capacity for prospects on all UniPrint and Process Fusion products and preparing and giving product demonstrations. You will deliver the company's compelling value proposition over the phone and in person to IT decision makers throughout North America.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in a pre-sales capacity for prospects on all UniPrint and Process Fusion Cloud software products.
  • Responding to detail RFI/RFPs
  • Participating in sales calls with account managers and meeting with prospects
  • Preparing and giving product demonstrations
  • Preparing and giving technology and product architecture presentations and documentation
  • Delivery of on-going feedback to product development/management based on prospect or customer interaction, product issues, field deployments and generally observed market trends.
  • Responding to prospect and discussing product enhancements.
  • Continuous improvement and refinement of pre-sales processes and best practice strategies.
  • Oversee customer implementations, and integration. Become main point of contact for clients’ technical issues.
  • Must be prepared to travel. 25-30% of the time. You must be able to get Visa’s to travel internationally if needed.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • College graduate or University degree
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in prospect/customer-facing roles involving professional services and/or pre-sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter and go getter.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of extensive experience with Microsoft terminal servers, Citrix and or VMWare technologies; or enterprise document management workflow.
